Critical Home Repair is designed to meet the needs of more extensive multi-day projects that preserve and update homes for homeowners.
Projects address a wide variety of issues related to safety, accessibility, weatherization and the structural integrity of homes that may affect their safe occupancy.
Wood frame homes as well as mobile homes may qualify for Critical Home Repairs.
Financial assistance through affordable loans are available for qualified applicants on a case by case basis.

-Accessibility Ramps
-Flooring
-Kitchen/Bath Repairs
-Safety and Hazard items
-Mobile Home Skirting
-Exterior and Interior Doors/Hardware
Applicant Requirements:
- Repairs must be to preserve, maintain, or rehabilitate; not for aesthetic preferences
- Ability to make an affordable monthly payment for repairs
- Own and occupy your home for the next two years
