Volunteering in our office as an Administrative Assistant Volunteer is one of the non-construction tasks that is vital to the function of Black Hills Area Habitat for Humanity. Please see a brief job description below.

Primary responsibilities: Corresponding via phone, mail, or in person. Performing clerical tasks including filing, scanning, and printing documents. Assisting with various mailings, flyers, and promotional signs and handouts. Accurate data entry of volunteer, donor, and partner family information. Assisting with compiling data and implementing data collection of volunteers and donors. Working directly with BHAHFH staff to complete regular administrative tasks and special projects.
